2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

The personal data collected during website browsing are processed, in compliance with the public interest tasks assigned to the Controller by current legislation, for the following purposes:

1. Proper technical functioning of the website, including controls to prevent fraudulent activity;
2. Enabling and monitoring access to the restricted area of the website;
3. Managing information or service requests submitted by visitors through the online forms available on the website or via email addresses of departments and/or staff;
4. Providing customer satisfaction services with information about company products and support services;
5. Managing event registration requests via specific electronic forms.

3. Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in Internet communication protocols.

This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request, the size of the response file, the numeric code indicating the server response status (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Unless otherwise stated in the cookie policy below, browsing data are used solely for the purposes under section 2, item 1, and only for the duration of the session.

Anonymous and aggregated data may also be processed to obtain statistical information about website usage (e.g., most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical origin, etc.).

4. Data Processors and Data Recipients

Browsing data and data voluntarily provided by the user through the site’s forms may also be processed by third parties formally designated as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, including:

Data will not be communicated to other external entities.

• Browsing data (section 2, item 1): retained only for the session.
• Data to enable and manage access to the restricted area: retained until access authorization expires.

Missing mandatory data will prevent us from processing your request. Not providing optional data may result in less accurate responses or difficulty in following up with you.

This Cookie Policy is a specific extension of our Privacy Policy and is intended to describe the various types of cookies and technologies used on this website.

What are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their devices (usually to the browser), where they are stored in the relevant browser folder and then sent back to the same websites during subsequent visits. Oficine800 does not use profiling cookies, and thus they are not discussed further in this document.

These include persistent cookies and session cookies.

• Session cookies are temporary and expire once the browser is closed. They are typically used to identify users when accessing a site, remember preferences between pages, or store items in a virtual shopping cart.
• Persistent cookies remain active even after the browser is closed, allowing sites to remember user preferences and login data for future visits.

Third-party cookies are installed and used by websites other than the one being visited. For example, a site displaying ads from an external server may use such cookies.

These cookies can be removed directly via browser settings or third-party tools. Blocking cookies may impair some website functionalities, including user preferences and localized content.
